Important Update: Upcoming Changes to Our Grant Application Process
We’re excited to announce an important update to our grant application process! We’re transitioning to a new Salesforce Grant and Application Management system. Here’s what you need to know to ensure a smooth transition:
Key Dates:
- 27th September, 12 noon: Deadline to submit current grant applications. Any applications not submitted by this time will need to be restarted when our new system goes live.
- 27th September – 14th October: Our grant application process will be temporarily paused. No applications will be accepted during this period as we implement the new database.
- 14th October: The new system is expected to go live, and you will be able to submit applications again from this date.
How to Prepare:
- Incomplete Applications: If you’re currently working on an application, please ensure it is submitted before the 27th September deadline to avoid restarting. Additionally, be sure to save copies of any important information or documents related to your application before this date.
- Stay Updated: We will send out reminders and updates as we get closer to the transition. Keep an eye on your inbox and our website for the latest information.
We understand that transitions can be challenging, so the Foundation team will be available to assist you with any questions or technical issues once the new system is live. We’re confident these changes will make the application process more efficient and beneficial for everyone involved.
