IM Properties Community Fund

IM Properties are a market-leading property company, specialising in innovative, sustainable construction and insightful investment, with a portfolio of award-winning projects.

Sustainability is at the heart of what they do, they recognise that as a property business they have an important role to play supporting and sustaining communities beyond bricks and mortar.  As part of their Sustainable Futures strategy, they have established their own IM Properties Community Fund to build on the learning and good practice gained from their existing project funds.

They have partnered with the Heart of England Community Foundation to administer the fund on their behalf.

The aim of the fund is to support projects with grants up to £3,000, addressing one of the following priorities as part of IM Properties Sustainable Futures Framework.

PEOPLE
Promoting positive change projects that:
• Support health and wellbeing
• Promote inclusion and diversity within the community

PLACE
Strengthening communities projects that:
• Promote and encourage community cohesion
• Tackle social isolation and/or help to build social networks
• Help to raise aspirations and provide learning opportunities for children, young people, adults and families

PLANET
Enhancing the natural environment projects that:
• Promote education and awareness of sustainability
• Encourage resource efficiency by reduction, recycling and reusing of waste materials
• Support environmental initiatives including wildlife and habitat creation

The panel meet on a rolling basis. Dates for the 2024 panels will be published shortly, but the fund remains open to applicants.
