New Application Form

Following feedback from applicants we have developed a new application form. Applicants were involved in the design and testing phase.

The plan is that over the coming months we will use this form for the majority of our funds. For now we are testing it on a few funds to make sure it works properly.

The purpose of the single application is to take the responsibility of deciding what funding best meets your project requirements away from you and onto us. If you know which fund you are applying for there is a section in which you can let us know. The fund factsheets will still be available on our website (please see below).

You will notice that there is a new eligibility section. This is based on the feedback we received. The eligibility questions are as advertised and have not changed.

As part of this new approach we will also only be requesting your organisation’s documents once a year, this will remove the need for you to submit the same documentation with each application you submit. If any of the policies are due for renewal during that 12-month period we request you resubmit them. With each application you will still need to submit a bank statement from within the last 3 months.

Please ensure that your grant request is not higher than £5,000. Please also note that if your application is successful, the funds may come from a number of donors / funds. Our guidelines are that you can only have one grant per fund for a 12 month period.

We hope you like our new application form! If you have any questions or feedback you are welcome to contact info@heartofenglandcf.co.uk
