Sir Dominic Cadbury

I was Chief Executive and then Chairman of Cadbury Schweppes plc between 1983 and 2000.

I’ve also been Chairman of the Wellcome Trust and The Economist Group and served on the Boards of Guinness plc, EMI plc and Misys plc.

I was a member of the President’s Committee of the CBI and Chairman of the Food & Drinks Federation and recently stepped down as the Chancellor of the University of Birmingham following 11 years in the post.

I was knighted in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List in June 1997.
